Quality is synonymous with customer satisfaction, peace of mind in choosing a product made in compliance with ethical criteria and comfort, deriving from the carefully researched and selected raw materials. At Alber, the very concept of quality is one of the company’s founding pillars and is the guiding principle of all its industrial, manufacturing and sales policies.
The company has always had an in-house laboratory to certify the quality of the raw materials and garment packaged, as well as instruments to carry out tests whose results have an impact comfort and the product’s fit.
Consumer well-being is at the heart of every single policy, implemented throughout the production and distribution process. In 2007 for the first time the company obtained the international SA 8000 certification, which enhances and protects the management and organisational model.
The products are guaranteed by the Öeko-Tex label to protect the safety of garments that come into close contact with skin. An industrial and environmental commitment aimed at reassuring end customers that our products are not harmful to health. Production is periodically tested by a third-party laboratory to certify that the products bearing our brands meet the strict criteria of the Öeko-Tex standard. Over the years, the standards required to renew the certification have become increasingly restrictive with respect to the effects that the different substances used in the garments have on the environment and on people. Alber not only respects the limits imposed by the Öeko-Tex certification, but often anticipates the evolution of national and European regulations by better monitoring its supply chain and internal production process.
